salam,
  minyak ni bole keluar dari byk tmpt spt yg diceritakan sblm ni. cuma tmp yg thru seal (oil seal- camshaft ke crankshaft ke,etc) bole dilihat dari luar & sng trouble shoot. tapi klu leaking nmpk thru exhaust, i rasa samada thru valve seal (wear & tear item) or thru piston ring. bole check thru color of smoke & bole tgk plug condition, etc. mechanic yg xperience bole agak. tapi klu nk confirm kena buka cyl head utk tgk. klu suspect valve seal (grind valve x menolong leak thru valve seal tapi bole mencantikkan contact antara valve dgn guide, etc) , still kena buka cyl head utk tukar (kecuali klu ada mechanic yg yg tahu tukar valve tanpa buka cyl head). anyway, bila buka cyl head, bole tgk piston ring condition & valve seal. klu piston ring ok, tukar valve seal je + semua gasket sebab dh buka semua. klu beli sendiri set ni (seat+ all the gasket) dlm rm40. klu baik sikit dlm rm80. klu piston ring x ok, then kira lain lak - extra cost utk piston ring +
rebore engine block (if necessary). klu suruh mechanic tukar valve seal + all the gasket- cost dia mungkin dlm lebihkurang rm 250 (labor cost + all the parts yg tukar kecuali myk itam).  satu item yg penting bila pasang balik cyl head ke block, kena pakai torque wrench utk pastikan tightening ok. rasa2 mcm tu kot. klu salah, tlg betulkan

grand vavle aje kot...keta aku dulu siap kuar asap putih lagik mcm jin nk kuar bila kt traffic light...hehe malu siot 2 bln baru p grand valve..tu pun jenuh tanya org ..tanya bengkel..ada yg kata ring patah, top overhaul lah,overhaul lah, tp sib baik jumpa pomen yg pengalaman 10thn pasai wira, dia kata grand valve aje n tukar getah gasket je...camtu la..lebuh kurang rm240 skali myk itam...dulu la skrg xtau brapa....sib baik aku x ikut ckp pomen2 lain...ada yg minta RM600++ 450++ fuhhhh.

nak tanya sikit....keta kita klu dah 10 tahun...n dah start makan minyak hitam...apa yang
perlu kita buat? kena overhaul ke? atau kena top overhaul je ke?
grind valve?etc...
pengurangan minyak enjin/hitam tak banyak sgt
cuma klu dah smpi masa nak servis tu kena top up sikit minyak hitam
sebab nak elakkan cecah level yang paling bawah sekali(pada penanda aras tu)...
bila bukak plug....ada banyak benda terkumpul kat plug...daripada 4 plug
2 yang teruk..
 
lagi satu...dalam kelajuan 110km/j...bunyi mengaum tu dah start kedengaran
dulu2 cecah 130 km/h baru ngauman tu kuat
 
klu nak buat tu agak2 kos bape hengget?
keta saya wira 1.3 manual

kedai yang saya buat tu kat tmn sri sentosa jln klang lama. tp kalau kat
mana2 pun sama cume kene monitor la cara keje die. yelah bende ni melibatkan
manusia, jd ia pun tgk mood gak.kalau mood die ok maka keje die mesti
tip-top, kalau tak ok bagi la ape pun mesti cincai jerk.hehehe

Top overhaul tak tukar piston ring kalau kita tak minta. Sbb kalau bli set
top overhaul kat kedai spare part die bagi set gasket top dgn oilseal jer.
