Hi friends - for your info and to check your Touch N Go & Tagged Cards for the rebates
accumulated in your cards. Please read the info.

Recently I was talking to a friend, who travels alot during the course of the business. He told me out of curiousity,
he heard about the rebates toll users are entitled to. So he asked the person at the toll office (where you can top
up your Touch N Go (like those in Sg Besi, Ayer Keroh, Sg Buloh, Bkt Raja and the one entering Shah Alam) about the
rebate when he went there for a top up. She told him that the rebates you have accumulated need to be credited to
your Touch N Go "within" 6 months. Otherwise, the rebates will be extinguish ( that is "kaput").if not credited to
your Touch N Go within this period. To his surprise, he got a rebate of RM468.

My mate told me since I always travel down to Singapore regularly, I should go and check it out what rebates I have
and do it fast. So, this morning, on my way to Melaka, I stopped at Ayer Keroh toll to check my rebates. To my
surprise, I have got RM58 and this amount was transferred to top up my Touch N Go card. What a pleasant surprise.
Imagine, if I had heard about it earlier, I could have checked it earlier last year when I had to drive down to
Singapore once every fortnight

So, for those of you who use the Tagged or Touch N Go card, go and check it out. Imagine the millions of $$$ Touch N
Go operators have saved from giving out the rebates to deserving customers. Remember,you can only claim the rebates
at the Toll area where you can top up your card. You cant get the rebates done when you top up your Touch N Go card
in other places like ATM Machine, Bank, online, 7 Eleven etc... MUST BE AT TOLL Centre.

Touch N Go did announced it in the newspapers very briefly but little info or brochures were given out for obvious
reasons. Wouldnt you do the same if you were the operator huh?

nak tanya rakan-rakan kat sini atau ada pengalaman..
 
Saya pada tahun 2005 ada jual kereta (sambung bayar ) kepada kawan saya.. kereta tu tidak tukar nama sebab masih ada hutang pada kedai.. (kereta Proton Saga 1987) bank tak terima buat loan.. jadi buat hutang di kedai je laa..
 
Baru-baru nie bila saya nak buat roadtax nama saya di 'blacklist' sebab kereta saya itu kena saman ekor dalam bulan julai tahun nie.. bila saya rujuk kawan saya tu.. dia kata dia dah jual.. chek2 lagi.. rupa2 nya kereta tu dah ubah 4 orang dah yang beli... 
 
Masalah sekarang pemilik yang terakhir tak mau bayar saman.. dan tak mau tukar nama.. gran ada kat dia dah..
 
sekarang nie saya nak buat cam na.. ..  saya berada di utara.. kereta tu kena saman di selatan.. 
 
tolong bagi jalan penyelesaian.. kalau sapa sapa tau..

Ni maknanya kena ada line internet dkt rumah lah ye macam streamyx. Kalau mcm
saya pakai wireless broadband ni mane le nak support video streaming.

RON95 bukan punca utama kenderaan terbakar

KUALA LUMPUR 9 Nov. - Minyak petrol RON95 selamat digunakan dan
bukan punca utama kepada kebakaran kenderaan apabila berlakunya
kemalangan.

Ketua Pengarah Institut Penyelidikan Keselamatan Jalan Raya
Malaysia (MIROS), Prof. Dr. Ahmad Farhan Mohd. Sadullah berkata,
kebakaran boleh terjadi sekiranya berlaku pelanggaran kenderaan
dengan kelajuan yang tinggi.

Justeru itu, beliau berkata, kebakaran kenderaan akibat
kemalangan yang sering berlaku sejak akhir-akhir ini tidak boleh
dikaitkan dengan minyak petrol RON95 kerana apa juga jenis minyak
berpotensi menyebabkan kebakaran.

''Kita tidak boleh katakan minyak RON95 sebagai penyebab
berlakunya kebakaran selepas kemalangan kerana ia boleh berlaku
dalam pelanggaran kuat sekiranya terdapat bahan bakar, oksigen
dan percikan api.

''Fenomena ini mempunyai kebarangkalian tinggi untuk berlaku
dalam perlanggaran berkelajuan tinggi,'' katanya.

Beliau berkata demikian ketika diminta mengulas gesaan Gabungan
Persatuan Pengguna Malaysia (FOMCA) supaya pihak kerajaan
mengkaji penggunaan minyak petrol RON95 yang dikatakan
menyebabkan kebakaran selepas berlakunya kemalangan.

Menurut Ahmad Farhan, setakat ini tidak dapat disahkan sama ada
kebakaran yang berlaku akibat kemalangan adalah disebabkan oleh
jenis minyak.

Katanya, siasatan terperinci mengenai perkara tersebut perlu
dilakukan oleh pihak polis supaya punca kebakaran akibat
kemalangan boleh dikenal pasti seterusnya membolehkan sebarang
analisis dilakukan.
