Salam Tuan Mod dan semua,
 
Saya ada jumpa dalam mudah.my.Sebuah kereta iswara aeroback nak dijual.Lalu
berlakulah perjumpaan dan test drive.Saya diberitahu kereta tersebut
penama seorang sahaja dan saya akan jadi kedua.Penama pertama bangsa cina
si penjual adalah broker kereta.Saya tengok didalam geran macam geran baru
sahaja walaupun kereta tersebut sudah berusia 11 tahun tetapi hak milik
dituntut masih lagi Hak milik Bank.Ianya masih belum lagi dibatalkan.

Soalan saya,kenapa terjadi sedemikian?Kenapa owner masih lagi nama bank?
Adakah dengan ini menunjukan betul ada unsur-unsur yang meragukan?Broker tidak
benarkan saya untuk menguruskan urusan insuran dan tukar nama.Saya takut
tertipu.

Harap ahli-ahli forum dapat membantu.

saya pon ada sebuah iswara aeroback yang dah banyak tahun habis bayar, tapi masih belum membuat pertukaran hak milik dituntut.

ada efek ke kalo tak buat pertukaran neh?
