sikap/pemikiran rakyat & pemimpin kelas A + Infrastruktur kelas A +
Kuasa beli rakyat kelas A
so kalau nk jd negara maju jgn bwk keta mcm pelesit, jgn buang sampah
merata2, jgn isap rokok tak tentu tempat, jgn vandalism kat
flat/jamban/kemudahan awam. jangan rasuah sana sini, jangan salahguna
kuasa, jangan nak politik ke 24 jam, jangan mengambil kesempatan..
Kereta & Proton

tak dinafikan keta mahal sebab nak lindung proton. tapi katakanlah satu
masa nnti proton mampu bersaing, korang rasa harga kereta akan turun ke?
percayalah kerajaan takkan membuat "pelarasan cukai kereta". Sapa tak
nak duit beb. BIar rakyat papa asal kerajaan bergaya.
Tol & cukai

Tak kisahlah kerajaan nak kenakan cukai sampai 80% pun. Nak naikkan tol
sampai 1000% pun takpe. Dengan syarat pastikan kuasa beli rakyat tinggi,
bukan setakat berpendapatan tinggi, pendidikan percuma & perubatan percuma.
kalau kerajaan tak sanggup buat, tukar kerajaan baru. kalau kerajaan
baru pun sama tukar lagi yang baru dan seterusnya. bagitau diorang kalau
nak duduk lama kat atas, jaga rakyat kat bawah ni.

Jadi % cukai Malaysia sama dengan USA.
USA ada hantar angkasawan pergi ISS. Malaysia pun hantar jugak seorang. Sedangkan Singapore Thailand Indonesia pun belum hantar lagi astronaut dia.
Balik ke bumi....Toll USA interstate, Toll Malaysia intercity - lebih hebat, lebih rapat, lebih sesak, walaupun rate lebih sikit..(cuma sekarang ni ada diskaun lepas pilihanraya lepas - ini bukan politik tapi kenyataan).
Car loan USA dikira at current loan balance. Car loan Malaysia dikira at front loan amount. Oleh itu kos car loan Malaysia secara teori tinggi sikit dari USA. Tapi ini aku tak sure, sapa ada pengalaman buat car loan di USA ? kalau compare pakai calculator di bawah aku bayar lebih 7,968 (unit to unit basis) di Malaysia dari di USA

Jika betul calculator ini, confirmed dahlah harga kereta tinggi, rate loan pun tinggi jugak. Insuran untuk kereta lama pun problem (Bank Negara..apa dah jadi ?), nak kena cek pi Puspakom pulak. Bayar kos lagi. Tidak mengapa, sebab kita mampu.
Dengar cerita , spara-part pun nak control sebab Menteri kata spare-part di pasaran banyak palsu. Jadi nanti terpaksalah pasang original di kereta umur 20 tahun. Biasanya Original harga lebih dari palsu. Tak tahulah pulak kalau ada kompeni nak tawar original lebih murah dari palsu. Tidak mengapa, keselamatan lebih penting dari duit.
Lagipun, Malaysia ialah negara yang kaya dan maju.
