Waalaikumsalam,

Dulu saya pakai moto abg saya. Tapi skrg dah jual kat mber saya.
Prosedurnya kena ambil borang tukar nama kat JPJ. Lepas tu ada dua cara:

1. Pemunya dan pembeli sign di depan pegawai JPJ. (dokumen: borang tukar nama dgn copy I/C)
2. Kalau pemunya dan pembeli tak dapat datang sign depan pegawai JPJ, kedua2nya kena isi borang angkat sumpah (borang tu dikepil sekali dengan borang tukar nama tersebut) tapi cop pegawai sumpah tu mestilah dari orang yg sama. (dokumen: borang tukar nama, copy I/C & surat angkat sumpah.

Saya ada satu pertanyaan berkenaan procedure nak tukar nama kenderaan.

A dan B adalah adik beradik.

Sebuah motosikal tahun dibeli Jan. 2008 didaftarkan atas nama B.

B dah jual moto tu kat A dan skrg B kat Sarawak.
Jadi nama masih lagi belum tukar.

Roadtax moto tu akan tamat 6 Jan. 2010.

1. Jika A nak tukar moto tu jadi nama dia, apa
langkah pertama yang perlu dia buat?

- Renew insuran moto tu keatas nama dia atau
- Tukar nama dalam geran kat JPJ dulu

2. Apa dokumen yang perlu dia sediakan untuk tukar nama pemilik?
Hanya IC dia sendiri (A) dan IC adik dia (B)?

3. Jika A pergi buat proses penukaran nama pemilik ni pada
29 Dec. 2009, apakah roadtax baru moto tu akan start bermula
dari 29 Dec. 2009 atau start 6 Jan 2010?

Harap sesiapa yang arif dapat jelaskan procedure yang betul.

1. Tukar nama kat geran.
2.Salinan IC owner lama dan baru. Borang pindahmilik dit/tangani owner lama.
Jika dia tak dtg, dptkan cop Pesuruhjaya Sumpah.
3. 6 Jan 2010.

Bro, kalau LCP yg jenis lebih kecil dari standard... bukan ker akan menyebab crank shaft cepat rosak atau patah...

secara teorinya lightened crank pulley @
LCP ni bule membuatkan enjin lebih responsif sebab daya inertia utk crankshaft
berputar akan menjadik kurang..power output sama jer tapi kita akan rasakan yg
enjin lebih mudah rev...biasanya kebanyakan LCP ni dtg dgn saiz diameter lebih
kecil dari original crank pulley..saiz lebih kecil ini akan lebih menambahkan
efek yg tersebut diatas..cuma keburukannya ialah ancillary lain seperti
alternator,power steering,water pump dan air con compressor akan berputar dgn
kelajuan yg kurang dari asal...so mungkin akan rasa perbezaan dari
kesejukan aircon umpamanya…
kalau rajin main drag @ pikap bulela nak
guna LCP nie tapi kalau utk bawak laju kat hi-way yg mana power top-end lebih
penting dari pikap baik guna pulley yg asal…

The new Peugeot 308 Turbo made its mark when it won the New Straits
Times/Maybank �Overall Car of the Year 2009� Award.

The 308 Turbo was also a winner in the Family Car Award.

The winners for the New Straits Times/Maybank 2009 Awards were announced at
a gala dinner at The Saujana Kuala Lumpur, hosted by the New Straits Times
and title sponsor Maybank Berhad.

The guest-of-honour for the night was Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, the Deputy
Prime Minister.

Also present was Datuk Aishah Ahmad, President of the Malaysian Automotive
Association.

A panel of 10 judges, comprising motoring editors, an automotive blogger
and other distinguished personalities unanimously voted for the Peugeot 308
Turbo as winner of the coveted �Overall Car of The Year� based on its
impressive road handling, powerful performance, comfort and safety.

Judges were impressed by the car�s fuel efficiency, and the performance of
the 1.6-litre direct injection turbo petrol engine, already an award winner
internationally - but it was the 308 Turbo�s competitive price point and
build quality that was the key factor in its win. The car also has a
full-length panoramic glass roof, the only car in its class to offer such a
feature.

The 308 Turbo is completely knocked down (CKD) and consists of imported
parts from France. It is distributed by the official franchise holder of
Peugeot Automobiles in Malaysia, Nasim Sdn Bhd (NSB), a member of the Naza
Group of Companies.
