Salam ustaz, saya seorang suami. Saya amat berbesar hati sekiranya ustaz dapat memberikan saya jawapan dan penjelasan atas soalan-soalan saya di bawah:

1. Sekiranya seorang isteri mempunyai akaun jaringan sosial seperti facebook, yahoo messenger, email peribadi dan seumpamanya, patutkah seorang isteri tersebut memberikan akses kepada akaun akaun tersebut kepada suaminya agar dapat berkongsi sama melihat kandungan, rakan, gamabr, nota, korespondences yang terdapat di dalamnya?

2. Haruskah seorang isteri berkongsi alamat email peribadi kepada lelaki lain yang bukan muhrim walaupun atas dasar berkawan?

3. Haruskah seorang isteri menerima tawaran atau panggilan untuk mejadi kawan/sahabat dari lelaki yang bukan muhrim melalui jaringan social atau email seperti diatas?

4. Salahkah seorang suami meminta seorang isteri meberitahu suaminya sekiranya si isteri ada menerima panggilan atau tawaran dari lelaki lain untuk menjadi sahabat atau rakan dari jaringan social atau email?

5. Sekiranya si isteri tidak bersetuju dengan nasihat dan pandangan suami atas perkara-perkara diatas, apakah yang patut dilakukan oleh si suami?

6. Adakah seorang suami itu bersikap terlalu cemburu kepada isterinya sekiranya si suami berpandangan sedemikian?

Wassalam

Jawapan:

1. Wajib suami menjaga ahli keluarga (isteri dan anak-anak) dari perkara yang boleh memabawa mereka kepada dosa yang akhirnya membawa ke neraka. Firman Allah; "Wahai orang-orang beriman, selamatkanlah diri kamu dan ahli keluarga kamu dari api neraka" (Surah at-Tahrim, ayat 6). Di antara yang dipesan oleh Rasululllah ialah berhati-hati dalam memilih kawan sebagaimana sabda baginda ; "Seseorang itu berada di atas agama kawannya, maka hendaklah setiap dari kamu memerhati dengan siapa dia berkawan" (HR Imam Abu Daud dan at-Tirmizi dari Abu Hurairah. Menurut at-Tirmizi; hadis ini hasan). Facebook adalah jaringan kawan-kawan dan kenalan, maka suami mempunyai hak untuk memantau dengan siapa isteri dan anak-anaknya berhubungan demi membolehkannya melaksanakan kehendak ayat dan hadis tadi.

2. Suami tidak boleh terlalu menyekat isteri dari bergaul dengan orang sekeliling terutama berhubungan dengan keluarga dan rakan-rakan wanita yang solehah. Namun suami wajib menegah isteri dari terlibat dengan hubungan yang dilarang agama seperti hubungan dengan lelaki yang bukan mahram tanpa ada keperluan, bergaul denagn wanita-wanita fasik (yang tidak menjaga agama), bertandang ke tempat maksiat atau yang mendorong kepada maksiat. Suami mempunyai hak untuk menegah isteri dari terlibat dalam pergaulan sedemikian dan ia termasuk dalam kewajipan mencegah munkar (atau menutup ruang kepada mungkar) dengan kuasa yang dimiliki. Sabda Nabi; "Sesiapa dari kamu melihat kemungkaran, hendaklah ia mengubahnya dengan tangannya. Jika tidak mampu, dengan lidah. Jika tidak mampu, dengan hati dan ia adalah selemah-lemah iman" (HR Imam Muslim dari Abi Sa'id al-Khudri). Menurut ulamak; antara maksud mencegah dengan tangan ialah menggunakan kuasa yang ada untuk mengubah kemungkaran. Dinisbah kepada keluarga, bapa atau suami adalah orang yang berkuasa ke atas ahli-ahli keluarga.

3. Syariat Islam amat mengambil berat hubungan antara lelaki dan perempuan yang ajnabi (yakni yang tiada hubungan mahram atau hubungan suami-isteri) di mana ia menyempitkan hubungan dan pergaulan antara keduanya hanya kepada keperluan sahaja (bukan kebebasan). Ini kerana kebebasan akan mendorong kepada zina. Ini sebagaimana kata Nabi; "Tidak berduaan seorang lelaki dan seorang wanita melainkan syaitan akan menjadi orang ketiga" (HR Imam at-Tirmizi dari Ibnu 'Umar). Jadi, apabila seorang lelaki dan wanita bebas berhubung dan bercating, syaitan akan membisikkan kepada setiap mereka dan menimbulkan ghairah dan seronok, lalu ingin bertemu dan akhirnya terjerumuslah ke dalam maksiat sekalipun telah bersuami. Kejadian ini tidaklah asing lagi hari ini.

4. Islam tidaklah menyekat kebebasan umatnya, namun Islam memberi peringatan; kebebasan yang terlalu luas akan menjahanamkan. Oleh itu suami perlu mengimbangi kehidupan keluarganya antara kebebasan dan sekatan. Jangan memberi kebebasan tanpa batasan dan jangan pula terlalu mengongkong. Terbaik ialah pertengahan. Suami boleh membenarkan, tetapi pada masa yang sama perlu bertegas dalam perkara tertentu. Sebagai contoh, bila isteri minta nak berlaman sosial, suami menjawab; "Boleh, tetapi saya hanya benarkan dengan wanita sahaja dan jika lelaki, saya hanya benarkan dengan keluarga sahaja".

5. Sikap cemburu suami jika berasas, itu adalah tanda iman. Namun cemburu tanpa berasas, itu adalah tanda penyakit hati. Sabda Nabi -sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam-; "Cemburu ada dua; satunya disukai Allah dan satu lagi dibenci Allah. Cemburu jika berpunca dari keraguan/kegusaran, ia disukai Allah. Namun jika tidak datang dari sebarang keraguan, ia dibenci Allah" (HR Imam Ahmad, at-Thabrani dan al-Hakim dari 'Uqbah bin 'Amir. Menurut as-Suyuti; hadis ini soleh. Lihat; al-Jami' as-Saghier, hadis no. 5783). Menurut ulamak; maksud cermburu tanpa keraguan ialah cemburu buta, yang timbul dalam hati tanpa sebarang sebab iaitu semata-mata buruk sangka dari suami terhadap isteri atau dari isteri terhadap suami (Faidhul-Qadier).

Di dalam hadis, Rasulullah bersabda; "Tidak akan masuk syurga lelaki yang dayus" (HR Imam at-Tayalisi dari 'Ammar). Maksud dayus ialah; lelaki yang hilang perasaan cemburu terhadap nilai dirinya di mana ia tidak kesah siapa lelaki yang bersama dengan isteri atau anak perempuannya, dengan siapa mereka keluar dan ia tidak mengambil berat akhlak dan tingkah laku mereka (al-Fiqh 'Ala al-Mazahib al-Arba'ah). Sabda Nabi juga; "Tiga manusia akan diharamkan Allah dari syurga:
1. Orang yang ketagih arak
2. Orang yang menderhakai dua ibu-bapanya
3. Lelaki yang dayus, iaitu yang berdiam diri atau menyetujui perbuatan zina yang di kalangan ahli keluarganya.
(HR Imam Ahmad dari Ibnu 'Umar. Hadis Soheh. Al-Jami' as-Saghier, no. 3503)
