Bagi enjin petrol atau gas, enapan karbon ini boleh dilihat pada palam
pencucuh. Biasanya palam pencucuh perlu ditukar setiap 20,000km, ini kerana
enapan karbon akan mengganggu percikan api, yang akan menyebabkan pembakaran
tidak sempurna.

Bagi enjin disel, gangguan enapan karbon nampak ketara apabila ekzos mula
mengeluarkan asap hitam. Pembakaran bahanapi adalah tidak sempurna, prestasi
enjin akan mula menurun sementara penggunaan bahanapi pula semakin
meningkat.

I got my car from Yap Brothers Cheras.

Let me share my experience.

Purchased my car after test drove with my trusted mechanic friend (without them knowing that my friend is an experienced mechanic).

Initially they told me that the car I wanted was not available, so the boss asked me to test their 'alternative car'. The first car we tested was lousy, rough engine, poor pick up and ineffective brake. Thank god my friend was there to point out those points to me.

(I have a feeling that they were trying to dispose their 'lemon' to unsuspecting customers.)

Eventually, they 'managed' to get the car that I initially wanted. It was smooth with great pick up and brake worked well. Everything was OK. Even I can tell the difference compared to earlier car.

The finance process was extremely efficient and approval was less than 2 days. (They must have good connection with the financial instituition)

Car was delivered within 2 weeks.

On day 1, one of my sensor lighted up.
Told that it was not under warranty and after negotiation, the bill was split 50:50. They tried to hike up the price by a few hundred bucks but I knew the actual cost.

Within a fortnight, I had to change my front brake pads. Did not even bother to go back to Yap Brothers.

Since then, the car has been trouble free and the warranty period is over.
Probably my low milage of <600km/month played a role in that.

My conclusion after dealing with them is that they are insincere and they will try to take advantage of unsuspecting customers to the maximum. They appear to have good after sales service but I have a feeling, it is just plain acting.

I was fortunate as I have a trusted mechanic friend and MYBENZ as point of reference which I am extremely grateful to.

nak beli keta 2nd hand ni memang ada byk risiko..melainkan kalau beli atas
tgn org dan org tu plak kita kenal..sebab tu ada baiknya sewaktu testdrive
keta 2nd nie kita bawak mekanik @ org yg tau pasal keta nie supaya kita bule
dapat 2nd opinion...

salam..
kalau kat penang kedai yg ada kemudahan gas nitrogen ni ada dkat area
sunshine square bayan baru..saya penah guna gas ni dulu sewaktu guna
kembara...pemerhatian saya ialah dari segi keselesaan sama ja...keringanan
pun sama...suhu tayar sejuk skit...yg berbeza byk ialah pressure tayar..saya
dapati kalau guna gas nitrogen nie,pressure time panas dan sejuk x byk
berubah...secara ringkasnya panas dan sejuk pressure bih kurang sama
jer...mungkin sebab tu kot gas ni digunakan masa perlumbaan sebab kurang
risiko tayar meletup disebabkan overheat...
