Salam cik Azman,

Nak menambah sket bleh tak? Kira share knowledge lah kan.
Cik Azman pakai ori EG9 ke? Atau converted EG9?

Klu EG9 ni, enjin B16A dia pakai harness OBD1. Kita tak bleh assume
atau jump to conclusion terus bila CEL tu menyala. Maksudnya bila CEL
tu nyala then tak padam..terus kata fuel pump rosak (contoh).

Kita kena diagnose dahulu. ECU Honda ni kita bleh troubleshoot sendiri
Apa kerosakan dia sebenarnya.

1st kat panel (kat kaki ) penumpang ada cover, bukak kat situ. Kat situ ler
Letaknya ECU. Then carik connector mcm ni (refer plug.jpg).

Then carik plak connector (refer paper clip).
Shortkan connector tu.pakai dawai pun boleh.

Then on kunci kereta ke kedudukan on (bukan utk star yer..):
Masa tu sila perati kat CEL. Dia akan berkelip2. Kelip tu ler tunjukkan code apa yg failure.
Pengiraan :

Long blinking = 10
Short blinking = 1

Contoh failure :

Long-long-short-short-short

So, error code adalah 23.

Bagi mslh saudara, ecu anda dh nak kong. cuba buka ecu yg ada di dinding pasenger kiri. Ada 4 biji sckrew 10. buka ecu tu, tgk dlm nya. rasa saya, ada 7bijik capacitor dah start bocor dah makan track. Ni slalunya symtom lampu cek light lambat padam. Mmg sinonim untuk honda/mitsubishi pasal ecu lebih 10 thn akan jadi mcm ni..

bg kes saudara, rasa saya lebih berat kerana sudah melibat kan ic untuk trigger fuel pump, main relay dan main processor. sebab tu cek light x padam.. boleh refer blog saya untuk detail. saya ada buat untuk repair ecu2 honda..

saya pun ada masalah pasal lampu check engine tapi bezanya bila lampu hidup,kereta terus tak boleh
start...maknanya kalau condition ok ,bila buka kunci kemudian lampu akan menyala dan terus padam....situasi saya ni lampu

salam. informative gak tapi i rasa x semua kereta akan keluar check engine light sbb x tutup fuel filler cap. interested nak tahu kereta apa kat malaysia ni yg guna sistem ni. proton tak rasa ada sistem ni walaupun dia dh pakai OBD2. utk sistem ni kena ada sensor yg akan measure berapa banyak fuel pressure build up dalam fuel tank. even fuel pressure cap ada rate sendiri utk stabilize fuel tank pressure samada waktu vacuum created during fuel delivery or waktu fuel pressure increase sbb increase in fuel tank pressure. tlg betulkan klu salah. wallahuaklam.

Simbol ini dipanggil second generation on-board diagnostics (OBD-II) mula diperkenalkan sejak tahun 1996. OBD digunakan untuk mengurus dan mengawal operasi enjin supaya enjin berfungsi dengan efisyen dan memaklumkan bila perlu diservis.

Bila kunci dihidupkan lampu “Service Engine Soon� or “Check Engine� akan menyala kerana OBD akan semak kerosakan. Lampu akan padam apabila tidak ada masalah dikesan.
Apabila lampu OBD nyala semasa memandu. â€" menunjukkan kenderaan mungkin mengalami pembaziran petrol, jangka hayat enjin pendek atau menyebabkan pencemaran udara yang berlebihan.

Apa tindakan perlu buat bila lampu menyala â€"
a. Jangan panik
b. Pastikan penutup tangki minyak petrol tidak longgar atau hilang. Sentiasa matikan enjin apabila mengisi petrol.
c. Jika lampu masih tidak padam lagi untuk perjalanan singkat, cuba tukar penutup minyak petrol yang baru ataupun ketatkan lagi serta hantar kereta untuk disemak pada mechanic yang bertauliah. Jangan biar lama ia akan merosakkan kereta anda.

Jika lampu OBD berkelip â€" masalah yang besar mungkin berlaku perlu diambil tindakan segera. Anda boleh memandu lagi tetapi cuba meminimumkan perjalanan. Jangan cuba memandu laju atau membawa beban yang berat.

Apa mekanik akan buat â€" untuk tujuan menguji OBD pada kereta mekanik perlu ada alat OBD scan untuk mendianogsis masalah. Mekanik akan menyambung alat kecil pada penyambung biasanya di bawah dashboard untuk download maklumat masalah yang dihadapi. Mekanik akan membaiki kerosakan yang dijumpai. OBD membantu mekanik memudahkan kerja pembaikan kenderaan. Olah itu pasti anda bawa kereta ke kedai yang ada alat OBD scan.

saya pun ada masalah pasal lampu check engine tapi bezanya bila lampu
hidup,kereta terus tak boleh
start...maknanya kalau condition ok ,bila buka kunci kemudian lampu akan
menyala dan terus padam....situasi saya ni lampu
masih menyala dan kereta terus tak hidup.Kereta yang digunakan ialah honda
civic eg9.Harap kekawan boleh membantu.....

salam. informative gak tapi i rasa x semua kereta akan keluar check engine
light sbb x tutup fuel filler cap. interested nak tahu kereta apa kat
malaysia ni yg guna sistem ni. proton tak rasa ada sistem ni walaupun dia
dh pakai OBD2. utk sistem ni kena ada sensor yg akan measure berapa banyak
fuel pressure build up dalam fuel tank. even fuel pressure cap ada rate
sendiri utk stabilize fuel tank pressure samada waktu vacuum created
during fuel delivery or waktu fuel pressure increase sbb increase in fuel
tank pressure. tlg betulkan klu salah. wallahuaklam.

Lampu Check Engine


Simbol ini dipanggil second generation on-board diagnostics (OBD-II) mula
diperkenalkan sejak tahun 1996. OBD digunakan untuk mengurus dan mengawal
operasi enjin supaya enjin berfungsi dengan efisyen dan memaklumkan bila
perlu diservis.

Bila kunci dihidupkan lampu “Service Engine Soon� or “Check
Engine� akan menyala kerana OBD akan semak kerosakan. Lampu akan padam
apabila tidak ada masalah dikesan.
Apabila lampu OBD nyala semasa memandu. â€" menunjukkan kenderaan mungkin
mengalami pembaziran petrol, jangka hayat enjin pendek atau menyebabkan
pencemaran udara yang berlebihan.

Apa tindakan perlu buat bila lampu menyala â€"
a. Jangan panik
b. Pastikan penutup tangki minyak petrol tidak longgar atau hilang.
Sentiasa matikan enjin apabila mengisi petrol.
c. Jika lampu masih tidak padam lagi untuk perjalanan singkat, cuba tukar
penutup minyak petrol yang baru ataupun ketatkan lagi serta hantar kereta
untuk disemak pada mechanic yang bertauliah. Jangan biar lama ia akan
merosakkan kereta anda.

Jika lampu OBD berkelip â€" masalah yang besar mungkin berlaku perlu
diambil tindakan segera. Anda boleh memandu lagi tetapi cuba meminimumkan
perjalanan. Jangan cuba memandu laju atau membawa beban yang berat.

Apa mekanik akan buat â€" untuk tujuan menguji OBD pada kereta mekanik
perlu ada alat OBD scan untuk mendianogsis masalah. Mekanik akan
menyambung alat kecil pada penyambung biasanya di bawah dashboard untuk
download maklumat masalah yang dihadapi. Mekanik akan membaiki kerosakan
yang dijumpai. OBD membantu mekanik memudahkan kerja pembaikan kenderaan.
Olah itu pasti anda bawa kereta ke kedai yang ada alat OBD scan.

Salam 1 malaysia.

Semalam saya dapati jek kereta wira saya dah tak bole di gunakan lagi. Maybe
ianya sudah lama tak digunakan hampir 3 tahun. Harap kawan kawan dapat memberi
cadangan dan pendapat kerana saya langsung takde idea skrang mengenai jek kereta
:-

1. di mana hendak saya beli jek kereta?
2. jenis mana yg sesuai utk kereta wira saya ( scissor jack atau hydraulic jack)
3. berapa agaknya harga jek kereta?

1. Bule dibeli dimana2 kedai aksesori, Giant, Carrefour @ Tesco.
2. pada hemat saya jack hydraulic paling baik. Senang digunakan dan x
byk guna tenaga.nak penaik keta pun senang,nak peturun keta lagi senang.Cuma
bukak valve saja.keburukannya saiz agak besar so mungkin makan ruang boot
keta.scissors jack saiz kecik dan senang nak simpan tapi byk guna tenaga nak
penaik dan turun keta.dah tu plak sentiasa kena maintain sapu gris kat
bearing dan screw, kalau tak jack mudah jem,xpun time nak pulas rasa
ketat.rated load utk hydraulic jack ialah 2tan;scissor jack rata-rata
850kg..
3. Hydraulic jack rega dlm lingkungan RM40-RM60 bergantung pada tempat
yg dibeli.

Satu kelemahan hydraulic jack ni ialah ianya x sesuai utk support beban pada
jangka masa yg lama..kalau sedara ada tepikir nak jack keta utk jangka masa
lama katakan lebih sejam, ada baiknya kalau sedara beli fixed jack utk
support bawah keta.kalau setakat nak tukar tayar/minyak hitam
misalnya,hydraulic jack tu lebih dari mencukupi.
